At Plunge Pools Direct, we believe that each customer is different, which is why we have a range of Packages and Upgrades available.
Our Plunge Pools are all sold in kit form, where you choose the Plunge Pool size, then build up from there. To make the process as easy as possible we have broken this down into easy segments.
We have 2 packages available consisting of Econo and Gold. All Packages include AstralPool Equipment consisting of: Pump, Filter, Handover Kit, LED Light, Light Transformer, Skimmer and Eyeball Return. For a full list of Inclusions and Package Breakdowns, please see below.
After you have chosen your Package it is time to choose from our list of Upgrades. As Plunge Pools are as standard a seasonal product, you now have the option of turning your Plunge Pool into a Pool that can run and be used for 365 days a year. With options available such as Heat Pumps, Gas Heaters, Hardcovers & Soft Covers your Plunge Pool will not only be economical to run but something you can use all year round. Our full range of Upgrades can be found below.
Lastly it is time to consider the Finish of your Plunge Pool. With options available including Aqualux Membrane, LuxaPool Epoxy and Ceramic & Glass Tiles, there’s options to suit all budgets! To see our range of finishes please click here.

The CTX280 pump features a much higher head pressure compared to other pumps available on the market. The CTX also moves more water, using less power in fewer hours per day, resulting in lower electricity costs. With the need for less frequently cleaning this pump will save you not only time but money.
The E25 Salt Water Chlorinator is one of the most reliable and sophisticated salt chlorinator systems available on the market. This chlorinator requires only 0.5% salt concentration to activate the chlorinator. From here the chlorinator will make its own chlorine from the salt in an automated self-contained manner.
Included as the standard filtration system with our Plunge Pools, the XC100 Cartridge Filter require no backwash. This filter includes a easy-to-use double threaded central locking ring, resulting it it being super easy to remove and replace the filter elements. The oil filled pressure gauge clearly indicates when it is time to clean the filter element with a rise in pressure above 20kPa. This filter system is also environmentally friendly as it takes just 100 litres* of water to wash the element instead of backwashing thousands of litres.

The Handover Kit includes everything needed to help make maintaining your Plunge Pool as easy as possible. With items such as a Leaf Scoop, Brush and CPR chart this kit also includes a beach ball for the kids to enjoy!

With 8 colour options to choose from, the ATOM Multicolour LED Light is sure to enhance your pool! The ATOM Light also includes a Light Transformer which is an essential element to any vessel of water that contains a light. The Light Transformer changes power from AC to DC power and therefore changes power to a lower voltage, making it safe to use your Plunge Pool.
Our Skimmer is one of the largest leaf baskets available on the market, meaning a reduced frequency of cleaning. Australian designed and manufactured, the Skimmer is made from Australian compounded UV stabilized high impact ABS plastic. Our Skimmer is a reliable single piece construction, meaning it has no glue joins that can leak. It is also super quiet as the weir flaps sit under the water line.
The Eyeballs (known as returns) are fittings that are plumbed to the internal of your Plunge Pool. The plumbing is connected to your filtration pump, due to this they can’t be shut off and only run when your filtration pump or your Solar, Heat Pump or Gas Heater are running. If standing/sitting in front of the Eyeballs Return it will provide a medium level of massage as it has a directional eyeball (even though it is not a jet). Our Eyeball Returns are 25mm (usually 19mm). Quantity of Eyeball Returns in your Plunge Pool will vary depending on the Plunge Pool model.

Each Plunge Pool sold in our Equipment Packages includes an AstralPool Viron pump. This AstralPool pump is more efficient than other conventional single speed pumps and can save you up to $140* every year in operating costs. Along with this, they are more environmentally friendly as they reduce energy consumption by up to 90% and effectively reduce greenhouse emissions by up to 90% (when power is supplied from coal fired power plants)

The Halo Chlor system with Halo Doser is the core of the sanitisation system for your Plunge Pool. This housing works in conjunction with your ORP & pH Bluetooth Probes to help sanitise and dose your pool. The pH Probe maintains the correct water balance whilst the ORP Probe automatically adjusts your sanitisation level. The ORP level will vary depending on factors such as sunlight, temperature and usage.

Working in conjunction with the Viron Connect 10, the Internet Gateway allows an ethernet connection or Wi-Fi connection from your Connect 10 unit to your home router. MagnaPool is a magnesium based chemical range that helps manage conditions such as asthma, diabetes, migraines and high blood pressure. Well known for being a muscle relaxer and to help reduce stress and anxiety, magnesium flushes toxins from the body as well as moisturises the skin and helps promote the healing of ongoing skin conditions.
Our Handover Kit includes everything that you will need to make looking after your Plunge Pool as easy as possible. With items such as a Brush and Leaf Scoop and a CPR Chart, this kit is not only useful but also fun, as there’s even a beach ball for the kids to enjoy!

Heat Pumps absorb 80% of the heat in the air to help heat the pool, which not only helps maximize your pool usage throughout the year, but also provides a lower running cost. With the smallest footprint in the market our AstralPool ICI Gas Heaters have the option of Natural or LPG gas and are available as either a 200mj/h or 400mj/h to suit your pool needs. The Valve Actuator is an important addition if adding solar or another heating source to your Plunge Pool, it works as a diverter. It works like this, if you have Solar and a Heat Pump connected to your Plunge Pool, the valve will only open when the roof temperature is 4 degrees above the pool temperature, letting the Solar system heat your Pool. In cases where it is less than 4 degrees, the valve will automatically divert, letting your Heat Pump heat your Plunge Pool. The valve will only open when going into Solar mode, in all other conditions the Valve Actuator is in the closed position. * Conditions apply.
Our 20mm thick Soft Covers are a popular option for those wanting to use their Plunge Pool all year round. Made from a closed-cell, polyethylene foam these covers not only reduce water evaporation but also reduce your pools running cost. The 20mm Soft Covers have been independently tested and have been proven to retain heat and prevent less evaporation than a hard cover making it a popular option for Plunge Pool owners. Our Soft Covers are most often purchased along with one of our heating sources (Heat Pump, Gas Heater or Solar).
Our Hardcovers are a popular option for those wanting to use their Plunge Pool 365 days a year, as it is often purchased along with one of our heating sources (Heat Pump or Gas Heater). With an internal of insulated foam (to help keep the warmth in your Plunge Pool), our Hardcovers are chemical and UV resistant.
Available only for Delta, Luna & Nova Plunge Pools
Perfect for those wanting to take their Plunge Pool to the next level is our Super Swim Pole system. Take exercise to the next level with this easy to use swimming tool. The Super Swim Pole is a rod that sits on the end of the Plunge Pool that connects to a rope and harness. Once in the pool, attach the harness around your waist and adjust the length of the rope. The way it works is that once you start swimming, the pole and rope will hold you back so you never reach the end of the pool (looks a bit like a fishing rod). this Upgrade is a great option for those who want to keep fit but can’t fit a swimming pool in their backyard, plus this is a cheaper alternative to swim jets. Even better the swimming experience will be better as there will be no water in your face as you swim (as opposed to swimming against swim jets).
