Allcast Precast pools are manufactured in Woombye, Queensland.
Due to the pools being precast in a mould, modifications such as increasing or decreasing the size is not possible. However the Nusa pool does come in 3 different depth options.
Villa Plunge Pools combine customer orders and transport to Perth via Road Train, transporting 5 – 6 pools at a time.
Allcast Precast pools include with a stone coping tile as standard, their pools are fully tiled in ceramic mosaic tiles and have customisable options for seat, step position, and filtration.
Allcast Precast pools can be installed fully in ground, above ground or semi in ground. For all installations the base of the pool needs to be supported in ground between 300mm – 400 mm, and be lifted on a 75mm screeded road base. A concrete slab is not required.
If the pool is installed 1200mm above ground, you may be able to use some of the external pool wall as part of your pool fence. This will depend on where filtration plumbing and skimmer box is positioned, as these tend to be climbable. In most cases 2/3rds of the pool can be used as the pool barrier, with customers positioning the filtration plumbing and skimmer box to be positioned under a pool deck.
Our pools are not designed to be weight – bearing. Direct fixing to the pool will avoid the manufacturers warranty.

Yes , we recommend an electric heat pump that can either be installed as an optional upgrade with your pool or retrofitted at a later date.
Yes we can, Villa Plunge Pools have their own drafting service and can all plans and submit the required documents for a building permit to install your pool. Plans and permits are included in our quotation.
We use a standard Swimming Pool and Spa Association contract. The deposit is 6.5 % of the contract price with future progress payments at Shell Construction, Internal Finish, Delivery and Installation.

Yes, you will need a crane to lift the pool into place. Crane costs can vary greatly depending on the length of the lift and access to site. Villa Plunge Pools will complete a site assessment to determine the length and height of the lift. This information is then passed onto our preferred crane installers who will provide a fixed price for the crane lift. Villa Plunge Pools only change for the actual cost of the crane lift with no mark up, a receipt for the crane lift is provided to you after install.
Our pools are perfect for any site including sloping blocks.
The crane assessment will also determine if traffic management is required. Traffic management is often avoided if lifting from a culdesac, or where the crane can be positioned on the verge or customers property.
