Terms and Conditions

Minimum 1.2m wide clear access required for machinery.
Crane lift included up to 30m; additional charges apply beyond this distance.
Site must be clear, level, sandy, and free of underground services.
Rock breaking, soil remediation, or removal of rubble or existing structures is not included. Additional charges may apply.
Site must be within the Perth Metro Area; additional transport or accommodation charges may apply outside this region.
If installation requires chemical grout injection, engineered shoring, dewatering, or drainage, these are not included and may incur extra cost.
Installation assumes no interference from existing reticulation, electrical, gas, sewer, water, or internet services. Relocation, repair, or damage may result in additional costs.
All tip fees, removal of excess spoil, cartage beyond 20km, and site cleaning (including removal of builder’s debris or rubbish from the pool) are not included and may be charged.
Safety barriers and compliance fencing are the responsibility of the winner unless explicitly included.
Western Power works, traffic management, or street permits (if required for cranage or site access) are not included and may incur fees.
If installed during house construction, the winner is responsible for maintaining water clarity, securing the pool, and additional site visits if required.
Equipment supplied may vary based on availability. Substitutions of equivalent value may occur.
Winner is responsible for all utility connections, including water supply to fill the pool and electrical power for equipment.
Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
Installation must be completed within 12 months of draw date, or prize may be forfeited.
Winner must hold legal entitlement to install a pool on the property and will be required to sign standard installation agreements.
Installation timelines may be impacted by weather or unforeseen events beyond the installer’s control. No liability is accepted for such delays.
Colour variations may occur due to manufacturing processes. The appearance of the pool may differ slightly from display models or samples.
After installation, minor settlement of the surrounding ground or paving is normal and not covered by warranty.
All electrical work must be carried out by a licensed electrician, and certification is the responsibility of the property owner unless otherwise agreed.
Once the pool shell is delivered and installed on site, it becomes the responsibility of the property owner to insure.
The winner is responsible for ensuring clear, legal access to the property. Any damage caused to underground services, fences, driveways, or structures during delivery or installation—unless caused by negligence—is not the responsibility of the installer.
The winner is responsible for ongoing maintenance of the pool, including chemical balance and filtration. Improper care may void warranties.
The winner will be selected at random. The result is final, and no further correspondence will be entered into.

Exhibition & Events Australia.
